Hablemos de el nuevo disco de Slipknot, grupo originario de Des Moines, Iowa, formada en 1995 y ha mantenido si alineacion actual desde 1999.
La banda se ha caracterizado desde sus inicios por utilizar mascaras y por su estilo musical unico experimental que incluye las percuciones y los sampleos, claro no podemos olvidar la bateria de Joey Jordison y las voces de Corey Taylor qe pueden varias desde lo rapeado, pasando por la voz melodica hasta llegar a la guturacion.
Este nuevo album es un buen recorrido por todo lo que hemos esuchado en discos anteriores junto con las influencias de los proyectos alternos los miembros de Slipknot, siendo Murder Dolls y Stone Sour los mas destacados.
